Marina Alta, "a winemaker's dream".

Every winemaker dreams of developing a wine whose characteristics are different, that appeals to almost everyone and that marks a new style with personality. This is the case of Marina Alta, a wine that I was fortunate to create and which today is one of the most important in our province, Alicante and most prestigious on a national level. A wine in just 17 seasons of its existence has won 33 awards for quality in the best national and international competitions. Too bad the wines were not able to claim copyright © as a novelty brainchild of winemakers.

GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Muscat of Alexandria.
TYPE OF WINE: This wine is different, nice, very smooth, pale, aromatic, fruity and very fresh, noticing the nose and palate, with a softness that allows you to take it regularly for any occasion. This fine mediterranean specimen is an ideal wine to enjoy with company.
CONCEPT: A white wine, different, unique, without comparison. A leader in its segment.
VINEYARD: The vines are irrigated with more than 30 years under glass and a yield of 3,000 kg/ha. Proximity to the sea and the breeze, with temperatures supporting the grapes to reach their peak of ripeness.
CLIMATE: Summer very dry and sunny. Spring west wind, and winter rain. The sea breeze provides a unique microclimate resulting in an exceptional grape.
HARVEST: Harvested by hand in 20 kg boxes to protect the quality of grapes, harvested in the second half of August.
TERROIR: Poor in organic matter, calcareous burdensome. The ground reflects light and facilitates the maturation of the grapes in our vineyards, along the Mediterranean Sea.
PREPARATION: Light Crushing stemmed grapes, fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature limited capacity after maceration tablets.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE: It should preferably be consumed during the year and a half after the harvest. Serve very cold.
MARRIAGE: Ideal for drinking at any time, suitable for appetizers as well as seafood, fish, rice, pasta ... and that delight the palate leaves a trail of unforgettable memories.
